Il secondo tempo della rivoluzione. L’archivio della sezione di Edolo del Partito Nazionale Fascista: la gestione del potere tra il centro e la periferia (1926-1932)
Questo contributo si propone l’obiettivo di ricostruire le dinamiche del fascio di Edolo nella provincia di Brescia fra il 1926 e i primi anni Trenta (anni sui quali abbiamo i maggiori riferimenti archivistici), al fine di indagare alcuni aspetti del confronto tra la dimensione locale e lo Stato fascista. A suggerire il tema è stata la considerazione che la funzione e il ruolo del PNF nella realtà provinciale, è una delle vie utili che ci permettono di spiegare alcuni aspetti dell’esperimento totalitario, al fine di comprendere quali effetti di ritorno ebbe nelle realtà concrete delle situazioni locali. L’adozione di tale prospettiva nello studio della realtà provinciale, può dunque essere affrontato inquadrando il significato dell’azione di coordinamento della vita politica dal centro alla periferia.
The Second Time of the Revolution. The archive of the Edolo section of the National Fascist Party: the management of power between center and periphery (1926-1932)
This contribution aims to reconstruct the dynamics of the Edolo section of the National Fascist Party in the province of Brescia between 1926 and the early 1930s, in order to investigate some aspects of the relationships between the local dimension and the central one of the Fascist State. The theme was suggested by the consideration that the function and role of the NFP in the provincial reality is one of the useful ways that allow us to explain some aspects of the totalitarian experiment, in order to understand what feedback effects it had in the concrete realities of the local situations. The adoption of this perspective in the study of the provincial reality can therefore be addressed by framing the meaning of the action of coordinating political life from the center to the periphery: what supports it encountered, what results it obtained, how much it affected pre-existing local organizations, what was the connection between the center’s directives and the ways in which the local ruling class applied these directives.
